Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS:

We will be implementing a strict 3- Days Reservation Policy. Failure to comply will result to automatic cancellation of the reservation.
On the 2nd Day of the Reservation period, customer must accomplish the order form online to confirm his/ her purchase order. Failure to comply will result to automatic cancellation of the reservation.
On the 3rd Day of the Reservation period, customer must accomplish the payment and then schedule his/her meet-up (e.g. Monday = item reserved; Thursday – settling of payment). Failure to comply will result to automatic cancellation of the reservation.

STOCKS AND PURCHASE ORDERS:

All purchase orders will strictly have to go through the process of submitting an order form online.
Successful reservations will be notified via e-mail, mobile phone and/or land line (if applicable).

Stocks are subject to availability. If in any case that there is no longer available stock for the specific item ordered, customer will be notified via e-mail, mobile phone and/or land line (if applicable).
We have a strict NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY; bust rest assured that we have a quality control team who already checked the item/s to be shipped and for assurance you can request the seller to show you via webcam, the exact item to be shipped.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS:

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing may (or may not) change on a monthly basis and it could either be a price up or a price drop.
If ordered item will be shipped, payment should be settled 100% until the day after the confirmation of the order. (e.g. Monday = order is confirmed; Tuesday = settling of payment)
For meet-ups, 50% payment (exclusive of handling fee, if applicable) would have to be settled the day after confirmation of order. The other half (plus the handling fee, if applicable) would be settled upon meeting up.
Payment methods available: GCash (+ P10 for transaction fee) and BPI Bank Deposit. Details will be given upon confirmation of order.
For GCash payment method, please make sure to inform the seller once you’d be sending the payment and after sending payment so that the seller can take note of it.
For BPI Bank Deposit, please inform the seller when you would be depositing the payment and send a scanned copy of the deposit slip through email for final confirmation.

PRE-ORDERS:

Prices for pre-orders are subject to change but customer will be notified ahead of time.
Once price for the pre- ordered item is approved, customer should be able to settle 70% of the payment within 2days after confirmation (e.g. Monday = Confirmation and approval of price; Wednesday = Settling of Payment)
Arrival of new batch of items would be 15 business days after given cut-off date for pre-ordering (e.g. cut-off period is January 25, 2011 = Tuesday; arrival of items is February 15, 2011 = Tuesday).
If in any case that the customer would not want to do this transaction, he/she can request the sellers for the specific item to be on- hand on the next batch of product arrivals; but item is still subject for approval as we would still be analyzing its need in the market. Also, once the product arrives, it is not automatically reserved to the one who requested for it since it is not officially pre-ordered and paid yet.
